Drug addicted prone people, emotional upset and stress out people sometime had a history of broken heartedness.

There are two important questions a person need to ask before getting serious with a relationship. Can this intended mate help with the financial obligation of the home? Will he she be willing to upgrade their education to meet the growing demand of the job market? Some people are only good for a sweet heart relationship, but shacking up or getting married is out of the question.

START OUT WITH A MAINTAINANCE GAME PLAN IN PLACE.

When two people are planning to move in together the first thing to do is to work out a game plan as to how you both are going to maintain the relationship. Who is to be the head dog in the relationship? Who has emergency power. Emergency power is good or else the relationship could be dead lock on a subject that needs immediate action. If one couple has emergency power he or she can say this is how it is going to go until we arrive at an agreement.

The couple must have a plan in place. The couple must be opened, truthful and honest. The couple must be able to answer questions without sarcasm and tone of voice. Give a simple explanation as to the course of action that you take. You do not need to get offensive because you were asked personal questions by your mate. Do not do any thing that you cannot give an explanation as to your actions. Do not be like a stupid rat that crawl down into a hole and cannot clime back up out of it.

CAN A FUTURE BROKEN HEART SITUATION BE PREDICTED AND AVOIDED?

Love that has its base solely upon physical appearances and attractions, with nothing in common but love cannot stand up to the stress of a relationship. A wounded fly has more chance in a spider’s web than for that couple. As soon as the few night of passion blew off and the bills begin to pile up the love fall apart. If they get beyond five years together they did well. And if they get pass twenty years they really did love each other. But pretty soon is will came crashing down like a broken wall. No matter how deep two people are in love personality clash alone can bring down that relationship.

(2) WHENYOU ARE MORE IN LOVE WITH YOUR INTENDED SPOUSE THAN HOW HE /SHE ARE IN LOVE WITH YOU.

When you are more in love with your intended mate than how he/she are in love with you, you bound to get the bitter end of the stick. The laugh is on you. The rule is, never be in love with people more than how they are in love with you.

(3) CHILDHOOD ABUSES OF AN INTENDED SPOUSE.

People with childhood abuses history, and previous bad relationship, always come into a new relationship expecting their new lover to heal them. Sometime even with the proper training a new lover just cannot help.

(4) DIFFERENT CALLING, AGE INCOMPATABILITY, AND AMBITIONS.

(5) WHEN FAMILY AND FRIEND OF INTENDED SPOUSE DOES NOT WANT YOU IN.

A man cannot get pass a woman, support group. If those family and friends do not want you in, stay out. They will never stop digging under until they put you both apart, they will hunt down that relationship like wolf hunt down wounded lamb.

(6) WHEN STRAGITH PEOPLE MARRIED TO BI SEXUAL.

I have never known a married couple who one is straight and the other is bi sexual, and that relationship work. A piece of ice have more chance in hell that that relationship. A cock roach has more chance among a coup of chicken than that relationship. When a doctor ask me to bend over so he can check my prostate that is the most difficult things for me. Some people just cannot take another person marble in their stuff.

(7) WHEN YOU START YOUR LIFE AND LEFT JESUS OUT.

People just do not get it; you cannot go far without Jesus. When you start your life out and leave Jesus out you have just shot yourself in the leg. Born again Christians cannot go far when they base their life on a word, but not the written word of God. When we operate out of the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Delay not your conversion to the lord, put it not off from day to day. Remember that tomorrow is promise to no man. Accept the lord, go home and continue with your life, if the lord.. If the lord saves you in bad life style, he has some plan up his sleeve how to get you out of it, give him time to work out his salvation in your life.

THE SINS OF THE BODY WILL NOT BE CONQUERED LITERALY BY ALL SAINTS WHILE LIVING ON EARTH.

2 Cor. 5:10 (NASB-U) For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be recompensed for his deeds in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.

When the Lord redeemed us our body was not redeem, it was our spirit and soul. The changes took place in our spirit man. Not the body. The body will still continue to sin. If the believer do not know this they will become worried as to why am I still lusting? And became eaten up with guilt to the point where they experience no peace and joy.

Even though our body were not redeem, we who wanting to live up to certain standard, to please society, must bring our body into subjection, even thou we do not do that to buy salvation. But to prevent Satan from capitalized on it. But to bring this body into subjection take time. We saw belivers at the judgment seat of Christ in heaven being judge for the deeds of the body. That mean they made it in, so not all of us will overcame the deeds of the body, but we all will made it in.

1 Cor. 9:27 (NASB-U)but I discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified.

2 Cor. 2:11 (NASB-U) so that no advantage would be taken of us by Satan, for we are not ignorant of his schemes.

Romans 12:1 (GW)Brothers and sisters, in view of all we have just shared about God's compassion, I encourage you to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, dedicated to God and pleasing to him. This kind of worship is appropriate for you.

A NEW MIND-SET.

After the lord save a person there are some things that the person must do on their own. All the work is not just up to Jesus. You must developed a different mind set, from the one you have before you were converted. Not a holier that thou mind set but a new mind.
